The CPAP lawsuit pertains to legal actions involving Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices, commonly used for treating sleep apnea. These lawsuits often allege design defects, health risks, and failure to adequately warn users of potential dangers associated with certain CPAP devices.
1- Used a recalled Philips CPAP, BiPAP or Ventilator between 2010 and 2021
2- Nightly use persisted for at least 6 months
3- Qualifying diagnoses to include Bladder cancer, Blood cancer, Cardiac injuries, Chronic kidney disease, Leukemia, Lung cancer, Multiple myeloma, and Throat cancer, among others
4- Non-smokers preferred; if former smoker, must have quit at least 5 years prior to dx
